We have made some enhancements to the payments feature giving you the ability to select a date to be covered until. The banner that is shown when there is an outstanding amount has also been improved to show the exact amount offering better transparency.
In addition, we have made some enhancements to our claiming flows. You can now Copy, Edit, Duplicate, and Delete claim items allowing for an easier and smoother claiming experience.
At Bupa, we continually update and refresh the myBupa App to ensure you have the best, up-to-date experience.
You can now chat to one of our team members, manage your cover, access your Digital Membership Card, make one-off payments, make a Medical, Hospital or Extras claim and view your claim history, update your contact details and find Bupa providers, hospitals, specialists as well as your nearest Bupa centre. You can also use features such as Getting an Estimate prior to attending an appointment and access Bupa rewards and discounts. All on your phone - all within the app.
