With MotiWeightMe every day becomes a GOOD day :)

Define your own goals and your own way how to reach them. Everything is individually, no registration, no adds, no costs and your data is your data is your data and is on your device only :)

With MotiWeightMe you can track your moods, follow your goals, define challenges, everything is in your hand, just do it. Make every day a good day.

So what makes a good day? Sports, nutrition, meditation? Some days are more strenuous than others. Define different goals, such as fit, relaxed etc..

Activities are the options to reach a goal. Remember, there is always more than one way to do it. E.g. to become fit you could create activities like sports or yoga or walking. The points may mirror, how difficult it is for you or how much time it takes.

Take your time to define more than one option for your goal. That's one of the strength of MotiWeightMe, there is always more than one way to get closer to your goals. Think of strenuous days, what could you do on such a day? Maybe, sports is out of reach, but you could go for a nice walk and sleep early.

You may even do the 5-minutes-journaling method with this app, add a picture, all data remain at your phone. In addition you may track your moods, weight, ...

Here are some scenarios, how to use the app:

Maria decides to loose weight and to do more sports. She defines goals like fit and slim and tracks here weight daily. She defines a challenge to reach 20 points for her goal fit. In
another challenge starting next week, she plans to do running five times. And another challenge to reach her long term goal to have less than 70 kg.

Fabian read of the 5 minute journaling method and want's to give it a try. However, his entries are private and he does not want to share them with a company or have them analysed by any server. He uses MotiWeightMe and starts the day with an entry, he writes three thinks he is grateful for, what his day will make great and selects one of the example affirmations, adapts it a bit. During the day he adds a picture. In the evening he reflects his day and select a picture for his day. After three weeks he feels less stressed and more grateful :)
