The Meteoprog is a weather forecast application. It is reliable data about the weather in Ukraine and all over the world.
Among the numerous presented now weather Internet resources the Meteoprog.ua service is the most faithful from users. It has a large database with climatic changes, which helps accurate forecasts not only of all cities in Ukraine, but of the whole world.
The Meteoprog base comprises 136182 settlements around the world, 22544 are in Ukraine.
The processing of climatic conditions data is carried out on the basis of our own mathematical model of weather forecasting using the current data of the information service of the Ukrainian Hydrometeorological Center and the international profile service Weather Research and Forecasting (WRF). Weather data updates every four days.
The computer forecasting is carried out by a software package owned by METEOPROG. It was developed in cooperation with the Ukrainian Center for Environmental and Water Projects (UCEVP), whose specialists are involved in large-scale projects on mathematical modeling of the environment in conjunction with leading research centers in the EU, USA and Russia. Thanks to this, UCEVP has become world famous.

The application features and functionality
The application for smartphones of the Meteoprog.ua weather service was one of the first in this segment. The app has a solid experience, but it is still a reliable source of up-to-date and truthful weather information. Now tomorrow's weather expectations data is directly in the mobile phone and is one touch available.
Thanks to the more than three series of updates the application has become more compact, functional and dynamic in terms of information presentation. The software is distinguished by a convenient principle of publishing data on meteorological conditions.
The available data using the app:
- air temperature;
- wind speed and direction;
- type and intensity of precipitation;
- atmospheric pressure;
- air humidity;
- the length of the day, the phases of the moon and the quality of the air mass.
An hourly forecast is made for the current day and 4 days in advance.
The interface is two colors: black and white. There are 10 language versions available in the settings, including Ukrainian, Russian, English and Polish. The user can set the metric or imperial system of measures.
The application has a convenient geo-targeting function (a search), which allows to quickly and easily get weather data for any locality of interest.
