ISER Application is used for the internal resources of Isthara and at the same time Admins to check the progress of Help Desk tickets, Check-Ins and Check-outs of Isthara. The internal resources can solve the help desk tickets and easily search by category,date & property. City wise filter is there to solve the help desk tickets of that particular city.
