This Insulin Calculator helps doctors and nurses in titrating the rate of Insulin infusion by using Patient’s Current Blood Glucose (CBS), Prior (one hour ago) Blood Glucose (PBS) and Insulin Infusion Rate (IIR).
Instructions:
- Enter patient’s "Current Blood Glucose" (CBS)
- Enter patient’s "Prior Blood Glucose" (PBS)
