This app wouldn't not appear anywhere in the app drawer after installation. But it still works because the next version of InstaMusic will be able to detect the purchase and unlock some features. You can view the app info in Settings > Application Manager > InstaMusic Unlocker (pretty much the same in different versions of android). In advanced, thank you for the donation!!!
