In this release, the following app features will no longer be available in line with ING Philippines retail exit: inward fund transfers, transfers between ING accounts, bill payments, check deposit, debit card services, managing of contact & biller list, and bank certificate issuance.
Important message from ING:
We have recently announced that ING has decided to leave the retail banking market in the Philippines. As a result, our retail banking services (deposits and loans) and the ING mobile banking app will be discontinued before the end of 2022. For now, customers may continue to access their accounts anytime and the other services via the ING app.
