Imposter is the hilarious multiplayer party game that will have you and your friends exercising your creativity and deceptive skills. Play together at a house party, dinner party, family game night, or over Zoom / video call – it also works well as a drinking game!
PLAYERS: For 3-12 players multiplayer party game – Can be played as a group game in-person at a house party, dinner party, family game night, or with friends over a Zoom / video call.
INSTRUCTIONS:
🎬 Each player takes turns leading a round and selects a topic and a specific mime that every player has to act out
🕵️♂ However ... one player will be randomly selected to be the Imposter each round. They will be able to see the topic, but not the mime they are supposed to act. It is up to them to figure out what the mime is before their go, so they can fool the other players and stay hidden!
📋 Once everyone has done their mime, all players vote for who they think was the Imposter. If the Imposter gets the most votes, they can redeem themself by correctly guessing what the mime was!
HINTS:
- Don't be too obvious with your actions, or the Imposter will guess straight away
- Don't be too subtle with your actions or the group will suspect you as the Imposter
- The person who starts the round could be randomly selected as the Imposter!
- If playing as a Zoom game or video call party game, use a separate device for your Zoom / video call for the best experience
