What does the app do?
HornOK is a platform trying to redefine urban transportation in India. Currently serving only in Bengaluru, the platform enables the needs of customers and drivers. The app provides you with the most efficient drivers on just a tap to request for a ride.
Here’s how you join our fast growing community and #SayHornOK
• Once you open the app, set your pick up location. This will help you check the available cars/autos and the earliest ETA to the pick up point
• Pick your choice of cab/auto, compare prices and press request to request a cab for that category
• The details of your car/auto and driver will be shared instantly once confirmed
• Track the arrival of the cab/auto real-time on the map so you can guide the driver if he is heading in a wrong direction
• If there is any problem during the cab/auto ride, you can tap the SOS option. HornOK is associated with the Bangalore police force to ensure real-time security through direct access to Police control rooms
• Payment can be initiated via cash or Paytm
• Once the ride is concluded, you can rate your cab/auto experience and share specific feedback for us to improve your experience
• You can verify the approximate fares in the app for each of the category of vehicles
Add on and Key features:
HopOn – This feature allows customers to simply hop on to their nearest hop-on enabled auto or cab. All that the customers have to do is give their end destination and are good to go. The HornOK branded cars will be easy for customers to spot the hop-on enabled cars and autos.
TrackMe - The platform offers safety features like ‘TrackMe’ that ensures passenger safety regardless of their transport medium upon perception of any threat and danger. This feature has been tied up with Bangalore police to make sure the real time security provision through direct access to Police Control rooms.
Break Down – In case the car breaks down while on a ride, within 10 minutes another cab is sent for the consumer and help for the driver. This is linked back to the HornOK bureau where information is tracked real time.
