With an extensive experience operating restaurants since 1988, including Brazilian and Japanese restaurants, bars and different events, Hand Roll Sushi has been dedicated to serving both it’s customers and communities.
In 2013, Hand Roll Sushi opened in Orlando becoming the first Japanese restaurant managed by Brazilians.
In keeping the Japanese tradition, since Brazil is home to the largest Japanese community outside of Japan, Hand Roll Sushi soon attracted many locals in experiencing the freshness and high quality of its ingredients, always combined with innovative dishes.
Hand Roll Sushi inaugurated it’s first restaurant 7 years ago in Metrowest and has recently opened it’s doors for it’s second unit in Hunters Creek in 2019.
Hand Roll Sushi is preparing to open new restaurants in 2020.
