Quality control is paramount at Global Essence and our experienced Q.C. team work to stringent quality control standards (BRC certified) to ensure that our materials meet the exact specification requirements of our customers. Our internal laboratory is fully equipped with both GC and GCMS enabling us to fully monitor all aspects of quality.
Our customer service team communicates with all of our customers to make sure that they are satisfied with the service they are receiving. With multiple representatives operating on a regional basis, our team treats each customer like our best customer, focusing on personal interactions to help build relationships.
