With GeZA you can simulate a lot of 1-dimensional cellular Automata and generate very nice Images. It provides the 5 basic-Types "totalistic", "Wolfram", "NaSch-model", TwoSteps and Zhabotinsky.
For 2-dimensional Automata install my app GeZA-2D!.
In the totalistic mode you can define up to 5 Neighbor-cells and the transformation rule free. A new kind of rule scheme is introduced here for the first time.
Many examples (> 100) are provided.
The "Wolfram" mode supportes the 255 automata, wich Stephen Wolfram examins in his book "A new Kind of Science" .
"NaSch" means the "Nagel-Schreckenberger model", a simple simulation of car traffic, wich gave the first explanation for traffic jam out of nowhere.
Configuration of all automata are very simple and flexible. Colors are changeable individual. You can take the graphical results for wallpaper directly.
