The Gadget Protect Service App is a super fast and easy to use mobile diagnostics- and service app which enables you to insure your smartphone with Gadget Protect, even when your phone is not brand new, provided it is still in good condition.
Besides providing access for your phone to the bespoke Gadget Protect insurance program, it also helps you to maintain your smartphone easily without expert knowledge. The diagnostics tool enables you to identify any problems to your smartphone that might occur and once the problems are identified, the Service app will offer you guidance in how to solve these problems, including the possibility to electronically file an insurance claim with the Gadget Protect Administrator. Further, the App can assist you in the fulfilment of your insurance claim by scheduling the pick-up of your broken device and/or the delivery of your repaired or replacement device on a date and time slot that suits you.
