Bug Fix
The FieldPro Manager application is designed for our network contractors to automate and simplify the cost authorization process, which in most cases alleviates the need to call into the contact center to review the job with a live agent. The automation and simplification of this process improves the customer experience by reducing on-site wait time.
Using the application, the contractor is able to answer a couple of simple triage questions about the job, build the job estimate, and electronically submit the approval request.
The app is very intuitive and easy to use. Functionality includes the ability to submit time and material estimates, automated email notifications with job approval details, and the ability to edit and re-submit existing estimates.
