DIDIT Discoeat Partner
The Discoeat and DIDIT Partner App allows restaurants to manage all their orders, reservations and dine-in payments from DiscoEat and DIDIT users within one App. As a Restaurant partner you will receive push-notifications for every new booking, payments and alerts for new incoming orders.
It is possible to see all past bookings as well as all upcoming bookings from DiscoEat Customers. Moreover, you can see the paid tables from DIDIT in your dashboard. All Restaurants will be always up to date for their reservations.
The DiscoEat and DIDIT Partner App allows the following:
- Manage all Bookings of DiscoEat customers
- Overview of all upcoming bookings in real time
- Overview for all bookings of "Today"
- Overview of all past bookings
- Inform DiscoEat about attended customers and manage “No Show”
- Help mode to get in contact with the support team
In this new version the restaurant partners can also switch to DIDIT if they also utilise this service.
DIDIT is a new payment solution in restaurants that allows guests to scan a QR code with their mobile phone and then not only pay the bill independently, but also split it, give a tip and leave a rating.
With DIDIT you can:
- Access to a dashboard to check the tables that are open
- See the total, open amounts and tips for each table
- See the closed tables with the amount paid and the payment method used
- Have the option to contact the support using freshchat and whatsapp
