The Discipline App is built to help you strengthen your discipline like you would strengthen your body.
Its principle is similar to a fitness tracker: you set your goals, select a difficulty level, repeat every day, and track your progress. But instead of trying to lift weights, you are trying to do things on time.
If you work a 9-5 job, have a personal assistant, or follow a strict daily routine, you are probably already set. But if you have to take care of your schedule yourself, and it's an everyday struggle, this app can help make it easier.
To use the app, begin by creating your daily schedule. It's easiest to start around your mealtimes, bedtime, and wake up time. Your goal is to try to pass the scheduled checkpoints at their set time. It's okay if you miss some at the very beginning: it takes some time to adjust to your new schedule.
After a while, you will see your actual results and potential improvements, and it will probably motivate you to continue improving.
In the basic version, you can have the same list of checkpoints every day. In the Pro version, every checkpoint can be disabled on specific days, allowing each day to have a completely customized schedule.
You have three hours to complete every checkpoint. After three hours, every checkpoint is considered skipped (not done at all). In the Pro version, you can increase this time up to six hours, or reduce it down to one minute by selecting Difficulty level.
