Added requested address comments to stick with the address

The original 1.28 update had a bug for database creation for brand new installs.
If you upgraded you should be unaffected. If you bought and installed between the updates, this should fix the issue.
If you ever encounter an error, please do report it and/or send me an email. I will take a look at it immediately and have a fix within 24 hours.
