Croma Technicians can use this app to mark attendance, view job details assigned to them, and fulfill the job through the Croma Technician app. No need for paperwork, as the Croma Technician app gives every technician the details of the pending jobs whether they are installations, demos or repairs of large home appliances. Technicians can then mark jobs or visits as completed, request for parts right from the app, which saves time, and the information is available in real-time to managers from any location.
