The СС Interaction program is a mobile application for the Android operating system that implements the client part of the task management module of the Civic Control software complex.
The program is designed to solve the following tasks:
- collection of information about various events, problems and violations in real time (with the ability to add media files, perform geo-referencing of the received data and synchronize with the server products of KosCom LLC),
- formation of tasks for employees of responsible departments,
- feedback and control over the implementation of tasks,
- Formation of statistics and quantitative dynamics for tasks.
