1. Do you want to have access to the Basic-Fit ALL-IN Workout App? Then subscribe to ALL-IN membership on our website. This membership includes your own Smart Bike, a free one year ALL-IN Workout App subscription and one year Premium membership with access to all 1000 + Basic-Fit clubs
2. Do you already have an ALL-IN Membership? Access to the ALL-IN App is free with your membership. Just log in to your account on the App and Go For It!

The Basic-Fit ALL-IN Workout App offers a wide range of Smart Bike workouts. These are divided into five main categories:
RHYTHM RIDES
Cycle to the best music and turn your workout into a party! The rhythm determines your pace and gives your motivation an extra boost. Choose the intensity of your workout depending on the resistance and the selected level. Rhythm Rides vary in duration from 20 to 60 minutes per session.
ROUTE RIDES
Cycle through the most beautiful landscapes and the most impressive mountains. Enjoy the views while our top trainers take you on classic routes such as the Alpe d'Hueze, Col du Tourmalet and many more.
POWER RIDES
The perfect combination of cardio and strength training. By alternating cardio (on your bike) with power exercises (next to your bike), you really get the most out of your workouts. The best of both worlds!
STRENGTH TRAINING
These strength training sessions connect perfectly to the Smart Bike workouts. The lessons use both your own body weight and free weights.
JUST RIDE
Choose the duration of the ride, track the distance (in meters) and the number of calories burnt during your workout. Go For It!
