What's New:
• Remotely View the entire device screen on Samsung COPE
• Streamlined User Experience for accepting Permissions prompts on Android attended mode
• Ability to perform Attended remote control session without the need for an OEM signed Assist service application. Accessibility service will be used for this and the end user will be requested for permission.
When IT issues arise, VMware Workspace ONE Assist enables help desk staff to securely connect to your device and remotely assist you with device tasks and issues, so you can stay focused on what matters most. With Workspace ONE Assist, you have full control over your privacy. Each remote support session requires your acceptance before your screen is shared and can be paused or ended at any time.
To use Workspace ONE Assist, your device must be enrolled in VMware Workspace ONE Unified Endpoint Management (UEM). Specific devices may also require a manufacturer-specific Workspace ONE Assist service app or use the accessibility service to enable remote control. In order to use the accessibility service on your device, Workspace ONE Assist will request additional permissions each time the service is enabled. Contact your IT administrator for more information.
