On the initial log-in, the multi-factor authentication uses the same email address and phone number as your website account to provide you with a verification PIN. Once the authentication is completed successfully, you can request the app to “remember” you and enable facial recognition for expedited logon thereafter.
The Alerus Retirement mobile app allows participants of Alerus employer-sponsored plans to receive fast, free, and secure access to their account information. Access your account using your existing online username and password. Participants can receive important alerts, check balances, view investment performance graphs, and review contributions. The app allows for quick access to review investment information, monitor loan data (if applicable), see personal rates of return, and confirm contact details.
