• Workflow Enhancement: Updated language for main workflows to clarify actions available on our mobile app.
• One-Time Passcode: If enabled, this provides the ability to get a one-time passcode via SMS, Email, or Alternate email address.
• Push Notifications: If enabled, opt-in to receive notifications for: Receipt Reminder, HRA Contribution Notifications, Debit Card Suspend/Unsuspend, Debit Card Purse Suspend/Unsuspend.

Alerus Benefits connects you with the details, allowing you to check available balances and view claims requiring receipts. Employees can also click to call or email our Client Service Center.
Some additional options (if supported or applicable to your account(s)) are filing claims for FSAs and HRAs, uploading receipts for new or existing claims, complete HSA transactions, pay bills from your accounts, and report a lost or stolen debit card.
