While Laborers and Contractors were suffering from Payment Issues, Job Deficiency, Work Allotment Issues, Code of Conduct, Communication issue, Etc then the Lady decided to create an Association for Civil Workers and Contractors. In the year 1978 early March Savithridevi Co-founded (AICCLA) All India Civil Contractor & Labours Association to enhance the lively hood of Civil Contractors & Labours.
