Introducing 5DaysDukanDietMeals app! This type of diet plan is developed by Dr. Pierre Dukan. The Dukan diet emphasize of four phases which is the Attack Phase, Cruise Phase, Consolidation Phase and Stabilization Phase. This Meal Plan diet is famous because you can eat as much as you want out of 68 types of food in the first phase alone! Thus, there is varieties of choices to add on your recipes. In this App, we will be focusing on the Attack Phase which is a diet rich in protein.
The main rules of this type of Dukan Diet is that all the food must be cooked without oil or fat except for spraying your non-stick pan (only when it is necessary). Virgin Coconut oil can be accepted. Furthermore, you can use varieties of spices and herbs when cooking. Protein food that is high in fat such as pork, lamb, goose and duck are off limits.
Sugar, alcohol, artificial sweeteners, unsweetened coffee, tea and even diet sodas are not allowed in this 5 days Dukan Diet.
The recipes prepared here in this app is and easy to follow making this effortless diet to follow through.
The four phases of the Dukan diet summarised from dukan diet:

Attack phase.
This first stage lasts between five-ten days and promises immediate results. Dieters have 72 high-protein foods to choose from, with absolutely no carbohydrates allowed.
Cruise phase.
While pure protein days are still encouraged, carbohydrates are slowly reintroduced in the form of 28 pre-approved vegetables. Dukanites stay in this stage until they have reached their ‘goal weight’.
Consolidation phase
Previously forbidden foods such as fruit and dairy are gradually reintroduced. Followers are even granted two ‘celebration meals’ a week where they are allowed to eat almost anything they like (some restrictions still apply).
