Navigation Bar
In TrioFit, Navigation Bar is implemented for users to easily find our features. They can
save the hassle to find the features they want to go in a fingertip.
Profile Pictures
TrioFit also allows users to add pictures for their own profiles. User can
change profile anytime they want for their own satisfaction.
Calorie Tracker
To use the calorie tracker in TrioFit, you just have to input your calories taken for each meal where it will stored in our database.
You can customize your calories intake till the end of the day and with this, you can keep track of your daily calories for each meal.
This helps to reference your past calories and know how much you have consumed for that day. You can ensure that your calorie intake meet
your desire calorie intake for the day.
BMI Information
In BMI Information section, it shows you your BMI information using the data you have input from your profile. It will indicate whether you are "Under Weight",
"Moderate Weight" and "Overweight".After indicating which BMI Status you fall under, it will display corresponding information relevant to your BMI Status
where it will guide you on how to achieve a healthy weight.
Workout Guide
In TrioFit, there are many of guides,routines and tips where it will be available to you , such as guides on working out,
yoga, tips on running and nutrition and etc. With this, it can save you time and effort to find the guides.
