MADFit is a health & wellness mobile application that motivates you to take care of your health. Home workouts are gaining popularity, especially during the pandemic. However, some do not know where and how to start. More people are also working from home now, and they are sitting in front of their computers for long hours. This means that they wouldn’t be getting enough exercise to stay healthy. Hence, we hope that with MADFit, you will be able to do simple exercises even at home, set goals to work towards and achieve, and track your Body Mass Index and daily calorie intakes.
