The Inner Guide is a 40-day Almanac designed to apply the principles learnt in the iEXCEL iLEAD program for business leaders, decision makers and entrepreneurs in the mid-sized segment. The Inner Guide took off as a book and has now been upgraded to an app version for both mobile and website exclusive for IEIL participants. In 40 days we intend to help leaders enhance their awareness by honing their observation, perception at their workplace and in life in general.
It is also a guide that urges them to implement all the principles learnt in the program and experience the transformation happening within themselves and the company.
