“I'm sorry” is the understanding that something afflicted your body and mind; it is a request for forgiveness and cleansing of the feeling. “Forgive me” a supplication to the creator our God to restore covenant, as well as forgiveness to the next. “I love you” takes away from us the scarcity and puts us in sync with the creative source and its perfect work (Source of power, fullness, love etc). And “I am grateful,” supreme word of faith, for all of God's creation.
