Bug fixes and performance improvements.
The FIFF-App has everything you need to enjoy the Fribourg International Film Festival (18–27 March 2022) to the full. You can put together your own programme, share your favourites, book seats, vote for the films in competition and access the Festival's listings even when you are offline.
SHOWTIMES AND BOOKINGS
The FIFF app links to the Festival's ticketing system. This means that you can use the application to book your seats and manage your tickets and Festival passes. You can also view the daily programme in full.
FAVOURITES
The 'Favourites' feature lets you pick the films you want to see and use this list to create your own bespoke Festival programme.
CUSTOMER ACCOUNT
Creating an account lets you link your Festival pass or accreditation and view all your bookings in the app. Even Single-ticket holders can also view their ticket purchases in the app. So, no need to print out your tickets and passes at home. You'll find them all on your phone.
PUBLIC VOTE
The FIFF app also comes with an 'Audience Vote' feature. You can rate the entries in the International Competition: Feature Films and cast your vote for the Audience Award. This year, there will be no paper ballots. If you wish to cast your vote for the 2022 Audience Award, you will need to download the FIFF app.
The film in competition which has received the most votes will be announced at the end of the Festival. Voters will also be entered into a prize draw, with Festival passes and tickets for the FIFF23 up for grabs.
