In World Number 1 you can vote who is the person number 1 for you in the world.
Every vote counts and popular people will be shown on top lists.

For each person you can see how others voted, how many men, women and other voted UP and how many voted DOWN.
Each person have unique number so you can share them with friends and see how will they vote, is that person world number one for them.

You can also upload your own people and see if other users think it should be world number 1.
