How does it work?
The app is location specific and creates various zones in your city. When a user is active in the zone you are in, you are able to see the user's profile. If you like the profile and want to get in touch, just send a wave. The other user gets your wave and may chose to either get connected or deny. If they accept your request, start charring with them directly.

1) You are able to see only those profiles who are active in your region. So it ensures that the users are physically present near your location
