Urban Connect is a corporate mobility provider. We supply companies and organizations with all-in-one mobility packages that ensure fast and convenient traveling for their employees. E-cars, e-bikes or e-scooters - we have sustainable vehicles for any length of commute. Our clients use the fleets provided by us to travel to their meetings, visit lunch sites with colleagues, perform morning & evening commutes as well as to reach work campuses.

Download the app and register with your work email address to start using your corporate fleet today!
LOCATIONS AND RESERVATIONS
Our mobility model is location based. Pick your location to find out what vehicles are available. Bikes and e-scooters are bookable on-the-go, while e-cars need to be reserved in advance.
VEHICLE AVAILABILITY
Each location has a range of vehicles that varies in size, kind and model. The vehicle mix of your fleet depends on the commercial agreement between Urban Connect and your employer. If you would like to see other vehicles at your corporate fleet, let us and your employer know!
LOCK/UNLOCK VIA BLUETOOTH OR INTERNET
The app connects to vehicles via Bluetooth and/or the Internet. You will need both active when using Urban Connect app. In locations with low signal, we aim to deploy Wi-Fi hotspots. Check them out.
RETURN
Return your corporate vehicle to one of the available and allowed locations You find this information in the app, both in advance to start the ride and during it. Make sure you return the vehicle in the app, not only at the location, so next colleague can use it! :)
DEFECTS
If you experience any problems with the vehicles and/or our service, you can inform us via the “Add defect” button.
