Tic Tac Toe game is a two player fun game for android that you can play anywhere and anytime without internet connection. In the game players are called "X" and "O", who takes turns marking the spaces in a 3x3 grid. The player who places 3 marks in a horizontal, vertical, or diagonal row wins the game.
