Spaciable – it’s your home at your fingertips.
Access to Spaciable is currently invite only: activate your account by accepting your email invite and setting your password. Once activated, log in via the Spaciable app to access your home information on the go.
A few key features of your bespoke home portal are listed below.
Appliances: Find the details of your appliances, including user manuals for when you need help setting a programme or troubleshooting an issue. For each appliance, there will be a link to register the manufacturer’s warranty online.
Library: View and download digital documents, such as the homeowner’s manual given to you at handover, as well as user manuals, home warranty documents and more. You can also upload your own documents to the portal for safe keeping, allowing you to log in and access them online from any device.
FAQs: Check the FAQs section for answers to common queries regarding setting up utility accounts, home maintenance and more. If you still need help, refer to the documents in the Library section of the portal or get in touch using the details in the Contacts section.
How Tos: You’ll have access to a catalogue of How To articles, providing inspirational ideas, shrewd money and energy saving tips, and valuable advice on caring for your property and maintain that new home sparkle.
Contacts: For times when you need advice or assistance, we’ve listed key contacts on your portal. By the time you’ve moved into your home, you’ll find contact details for customer services staff, the home emergency helpline, your home warranty provider, your utility suppliers and any applicable property management team.
