Solar pumping is a new option for irrigation. But making a good choice for a pump can be hard.
This app shows which solar pumps fit farm conditions in Kenya. Based on the amount of irrigated land, the location, application method en total pumping head, the app shows a list of solar pumps that fit.
The app was created and is maintained by Practica Foundation, and funded by the SNV Smart Water for Agriculture program.
