This is Community Management Information System (SCI CMIS) app. This is a survey app. The survey is taken in a house. The house details is taken in survey. In the family details, all the information related to a house is taken in account .The details includes basically name of all the members, their ages, the child in the family and their education, vaccine, special cases like disability, the adult details and many more.
