Safety is the basic principle of the solution. ProtecThor provides different protection mechanisms to enable as safe use of mobile devices as possible by children: limiting the use of inappropriate apps, safe internet search and tracking a child's location.

Limitations
ProtecThor provides precise mechanisms for limiting mobile phone use. From limiting the total time spent on a mobile phone, to limiting specific apps or groups of apps. The solution allows for simple control by limiting the total allowed daily time and the period during the day when use is permitted, to advanced control over a schedule that can be defined according to school and extracurricular activities.
