To be able to use the assistant, you need an Ericsson email and password.
You also need to request access specifically to the assistant :
• Customer users request access on Extranet support page.
(Customer companies must be onboarded before their users can be granted access.)
• Ericsson employees and consultants having signum starting with "E..."can request access in My Support & Services
• Partner users having signum starting with "Z..." or "X..." need their Ericsson contact person to request access in My Support & Services
