We are constantly making improvements to the Polestar app. This latest version contains several enhancements and bug fixes designed for a better overall performance. We have also added a new feature that allows drivers to change the name of their Polestar more easily.
The Polestar app is your entry point into the Polestar universe. Configure a Polestar to your taste and buy it directly in the app, book a service, access a wide range of vehicle functionality, and explore your own personalised content feed. And with more new functions on the way, the Polestar digital experience will constantly improve.
With the Polestar app, you can currently:
- Configure and buy a Polestar
- Book a service at the most conveniently located Service Point (the Service Booking feature is available in a number of European markets as of now, and we will soon enable this for the rest of Europe.)
- Access vehicle functionality: including remote climate start, remote locking and battery status
- Enable Digital Key and use your smartphone as your key
- Explore a personalised selection of articles, films, photos and news
