Cognitas PocketID is a two-factor authentication solution that leverages user mobile devices as the second factor. Unlike hard or soft tokens, though, there is no token copying. The second factor becomes the device itself, along with a user confirmation or rejection of an authentication attempt.
PocketID has been designed from the onset to address the issues of provisioning, management, and support, without sacrificing usability or security. Comprising a large chunk of the total cost of any authentication solution, these key issues are largely handled "in-app" by the user.
Cognitas PocketID is available on a range of mobile platforms, including iOS, Android, and Windows Phone.
