After login, tenant can see the listed rooms. Here tenant is viewing the rooms distance wise, it means nearest room will be first on the screen. There is a most useful feature of saved most liked rooms. In this feature tenant can save his favorite rooms and select later as his requirement. Tenant has an option to search the rooms by place name, amenity wise and etc. To view the room tenant has to pay minimal charges to get details of home owner. Once payment has done successfully tenant will able to view all new and old room’s listing for one month. Now tenant can see the home owner’s contact details and contact him. The paid amount is not refundable.
