1. Fast weight loss – Intensive Level - Replacing 3 meals with OPTIFAST VLCD products helps your body to induce ketosis* – for fast results that research has shown achieves average weight loss of 1.0–2.5kg per week.
2. More gradual weight loss – Active 2 Level- Replacing 2 meals a day with OPTIFAST VLCD products and having 1 healthy calorie-controlled meal during the day means you can enjoy a meal with family or friends.
3. Gradual weight loss – Active 1 Level- Replacing 1 meal a day with an OPTIFAST VLCD product is ideal if you are seeking greater variety in your meal choice and are happy to lose weight gradually.
4. Maintaining your desired weight – Maintenance Level - When you’ve achieved your goal the Maintenance Level is where you can enjoy 3 healthy calorie-controlled meals per day. If you need to, you can always re-introduce OPTIFAST VLCD products whenever you feel the need to get back on track.
