The NYS Justice Center for the Protection of People with Special Needs Incident Report app allows mandated reporters to easily submit reportable incidents to the Vulnerable Persons Central Register (VPCR). Incident Report allows you to securely save your information so you can quickly submit future reports, and view the confirmation numbers of previously submitted reports for quick reference.
Employees of covered facilities and programs in New York State are encouraged to use this app. Fulfill your legal duty to report all significant incidents involving vulnerable persons with this app.
