With the Novabike app from GemNova Dienstleistungs GmbH, you can conveniently book an e-bike at the respective Novabike location via smartphone.
Leave your car behind for once and commute between the different Novabike locations easily by e-bike. Do you have luggage or work materials to transport? Then a cargo e-bike is also available at many locations.
And this is how it works: To rent a Novabike at a Novabike Sharing Station, simply download the app in your App Store, enter your registration data once and benefit from e-bike sharing in your area in the future.
The smart e-bikes are parked and charged in the charging stations. The complete use (availability check, automatic bike lock, service, etc.) is controlled via the Novabike app.
Important: The Novabike app only works in connection with a Novabike Sharing Station. For proper usability, please activate the Bluetooth connection on your smartphone and keep your operating system up to date.
