Try Read News in the app which read the headlines and summary of the news aloud using Text to Speech. If you want you can adjust voice speed and tone from the Settings > Language and Voice menu.
For those who are on slow network or restricted internet usage, choose various options in Settings > Data & Internet sync to fine tune how frequently the news to be synced or how many headlines are visible or to disable download of images.
