The Match Day Paperwork app is a great tool for sporting leagues and associations, allowing umpires and team/club officials to submit votes and custom match-related forms via their smart phone device. These forms are setup in the league/association database, where existing paper-based forms can be replicated (along with player votes).

Users are required to login with their GameDay Passport account, which determines which matches and forms they have access to.

If you don't have a GameDay Passport account you can create one at www.passport.sportstg.com.

This app is currently only available to the sport of AFL.
