Mastermind was invented in 1970 by Mordecai Meirowitz.
The computer picks a sequence of 4 colours, it can be any combinations of 4 colours or there can be repeated colours(harder game).
Your target is to guess the 4 colours correctly using the least numbers of trials; you have up to 10 trials.
To place your choice of colours into the current row of pegs you have to click on the colours list which are aligned vertically to the right of the Mastermind board game, if you decide that you want to change any one of the selected colours just click on the peg itself and the colours will be removed so you can select a new one again from the colours list.
When you are done with your desired combinations of colours, click on the Check button and the answer will be displayed to you.
Black result means that you have guessed one correct colours in the correct position (same column).
White result means that you have guessed one correct colours but in the wrong position (different column).
