The MasterCoach App is a complimentary support tool for certified Enterprise Coaches and Enterprise Coach Trainers from the MasterCoach Institute. The App allows them to coach others to achieve their goals in 3 steps:

+ DEVELOP Insights-led Actions – By working with employees/clients being coached to develop well-considered and actionable steps to reach goals.
+ DEDICATE to Follow Through – By reviewing real-time progress updates of employees/clients, and supporting them to progress towards goal completion.
