With this release, the SA Manage Service app now has Tickets functionality, similar to the Manage Service website. If you have permissions, you can:
- Open a new Ticket by tapping Tickets > Create a Ticket.
- Choose a Ticket Category from a dropdown list when you create a Ticket.
- Add an Attachment to a Ticket by searching in the gallery or taking a new photo within the app.
- View your open and closed Tickets.
The Manage Service app helps homeowners and other field service clients manage their accounts quickly and safely. Log in to a stunning, user-friendly platform to pay your invoices, update your credit card, and manage your scheduled services. Directly contact your service provider through email and social apps. The Manage Service app will make life easier for you... and let’s face it, we all would like to have life’s tasks on Autopilot.
